Our farm Niestelen is located above Reigoldswil in the Basel area. We run an orchard and a commercial distillery, including a contract distillery. 
In fruit growing we produce cherries, plums, plums, pears (Williams), apples and quinces. For years according to the guidelines of integrated production.

The fruits are sold as table fruit or refined in our distillery. In addition to our own products, if required, we also buy burnt fruit from producers in the region or in other growing regions in Switzerland. We only distill Swiss fruit.

The distillery, which we completely renovated in 2013, has been in operation for around nine months. We fire with three modern stills 30 different distillates.
